You are a sinner. God's word declares so:
"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;"
Romans 3:23
So as a sinner, it's important to know the crimes that you have committed that you will stand at judgment for after you die, with God Himself as your judge.
"And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:"
Hebrews 9:27
If you are a Christian who has repented of your sin and are saved by faith in Jesus Christ, then you can use this as a refresher. Or perhaps you need to be convicted of your sin so you can restore a right relationship with God! Either way, please continue and read the sins below.
If you are not a Christian, I pray you would read these sins and realize that committing even one of these sins one time has separated you from God. The Lord is holy, and He cannot be in the presence of sin. God is gracious, however, and offers mercy if you are broken hearted over your sin against Him. When you do commit sins, you are sinning against God who has commanded you to do righteously. But like everyone else, you have fallen short of God's glory as the first verse from Romans above states! But while the wages of sin is death, God offers mercy through His Son that He sent to die in your place:
"For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
Romans 6:23
Jesus Christ died on the cross to pay for your sins. The Bible calls this "a propitiation for our sins", which means that Jesus Christ's sacrifice of His own life satisfies the justice of God. You can put your faith in that sacrifice that Jesus made and be cleansed of all sin and begin a relationship with God:
"Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus."
Romans 3:24-26
You can pray to God and accept Jesus Christ as your Saviour right now, being sorry for your sin against God and wanting Him to change you so He can save you from your sins. This is faith and repentance, which is necessary to be saved.
Or you can reject Jesus Christ as your Saviour and suffer eternal damnation when you die or when Jesus returns in the clouds to judge the earth.
"And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.
He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.
But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death."
Revelation 21:6-8
